Here is The Guide for 12 Days of Cazmo Quests : Quest 8.
1.Go to the BackStage and Talk To Kristina.
2.Go to the Downtown/Neighbourhood For the Microphone.
3.Decorate Your House with the Microphone!

There is a new quest of Toys For Tots.
Firts go to the Cazmo Rena into the Vip Area and talk to Jordin Sparks.
Then to find the toy you have to go to Spaceport.
When you get it go back to Jordin Sparks and she will reward you with the dancepad and you can decorate your house with it.
Now do not forget tomorrow we have to continue the quest .
